TX816 Controller

With this project I went into unknown territories by chance. First I just wanted to reuse the hardware design of the VL1 controller and be able just to edit the famous FM parameters of each of the 8 DX7 modules with one user interface. Then I stepped into the macro editing that enables a new experience to change parameters of multiple operators by the turn of one knob.

Then came the idea to make this happen among the 8 modules as well, and I found the concept of Component Synthesis. See my YT video here:
